Recipe: Priscilla’s Bliss Balls
These little morsels are as wholesome as delicious.

Makes: 25-30 balls
Time: 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS
2 cups chopped dates
1 cup cranberries
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp chia seeds
⅓ cup crystallised ginger
½ cup almonds
shredded or desiccated coconut
METHOD
Whiz all ingredients except the coconut together in a food processor. Form tablespoonfuls into a ball, then roll in a bowl of coconut. Refrigerate until firm.
