Recipe: Ouzo Coffee
This after-dinner drink combines black coffee with anise-flavoured ouzo and a layer of lightly whipped cream — a sophisticated way to end an evening meal.

INGREDIENTS
600ml strong coffee
270ml ouzo
½ cup cream, lightly whipped
coffee beans, to garnish
METHOD
Pour 100ml of coffee into a glass, followed by 45ml ouzo. Add whipped cream and top with two or three coffee beans. If you like your coffee sweet, add sugar or honey before dividing it between the glasses. Serves 6
