Makes 1

INGREDIENTS

60ml chilled gin
60ml chilled rosé prosecco or soda water
Tiny pink flowers (for garnish)

METHOD

Pour 60ml chilled gin into a cocktail glass, followed by 60ml chilled rosé prosecco or soda water (tilt the glass slightly as the liquid is poured).

Garnish with tiny pink flowers.
