Shameless

I’ll be the first to admit I love pop culture, but I also love nuance and well-researched discussions. That is where the Shameless podcast comes in.

Hosted by Melbourne writers Michelle Andrews and Zara McDonald, these two have nailed their brief – a podcast for ‘smart people who love dumb stuff’.

It’s fun to have a local-ish lens of the world of pop culture, and listen to very considered opinions on some of the messiest moments in celebrity culture. Luisa Osborne, Podcast Producer

The Diary of a CEO

Don’t let the title of the podcast series put you off if you are not a CEO! My husband got me onto listening to this series with an episode about why fasting for women is very different to men, with Dr. Mindy Pelz. I love the remarkable guests that Steven Bartlett talks to with some of the world’s most influential people, experts and thinkers as he embarks on a curiosity-driven journey to discover untold truths, unlearned lessons and important insights. I even bought his book! Sarah Perriam-Lampp, CountryWide Media CEO

The Genius Life

I’ve just discovered this podcast, hosted by American health and science journalist and author Max Lugavere who interviews experts on various health and wellness issues, including the latest science hot off the press.

It definitely has an American twinge with American statistics, but is interesting listening if you love looking into the big topics of our health and wellness. Sheryl Haitana, NZ Dairy Exporter Editor
